BEHIND The Brand
OliviaGeorgette is a Caribbean-American multidisciplinary artist, engraver, designer, entrepreneur, and creative facilitator based in New York. Through vibrant artwork and immersive creative experiences, she celebrates self-love, body positivity, and the beauty of Black and Brown communities while creating opportunities for connection through art.
As the founder of a full-service Art and Design Studio on Long Island, Olivia transforms everyday objects into meaningful works of art. Her creative practice spans hand-painted canvases, custom leather goods, plant pots, footwear, apparel, murals, and engraved keepsakes, blending fine art, design, and craftsmanship into pieces that are both functional and expressive.
After earning a degree in Graphic Design and Digital Media, Olivia began her career as a digital artist before expanding her practice beyond the screen. Today, she is known for creating one-of-a-kind artwork on unconventional surfaces, bringing color, culture, and storytelling to everything she touches.
Her work has led to collaborations with major brands and organizations including Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue, T-Mobile, FOX, and UBS Arena. She has also created custom artwork and gifts for notable artists and entertainers, including Nicki Minaj, Missy Elliott, and Ana Gabriela, earning recognition for her ability to transform meaningful moments into lasting works of art.
Beyond her commissioned work, Olivia is passionate about using creativity to build community. For the past several years, she has hosted her signature Plant & Paint workshops, a unique twist on the traditional paint-and-sip experience where participants paint and personalize plant pots while connecting with others through art. Held throughout the summer, these events have brought together hundreds of attendees and have become a vibrant space for creativity, wellness, and community engagement.
Rooted in the belief that creativity comes from within, Olivia views art as both a journey and a vehicle for representation. Her mission is to create work that inspires connection, celebrates culture, and expands visibility for communities that have historically been underrepresented in creative spaces.
From hand-painted leather handbags and engraved keepsakes to large-scale murals, workshops, and gallery pieces, Olivia continues to push creative boundaries while sharing her work throughout the East Coast. Every piece she creates reflects her passion for storytelling, craftsmanship, community, and the power of art to bring people together.
