The Parade of True Beauty is a annual scholarship beauty pageant held by the Eta Zeta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. When I was given the opportunity to design this flyer for promotional reasons, I took the organizations colors into consideration as well as the context of the event. Their national colors are Royal Purple and Old Gold. For the flyer I decided to use two shade of royal purple and a gradient of the old gold.I used a texted lock up to catch the attention of our viewers and a crown to symbolize the pageant. I wanted my viewers to take one glance at the flyer and get two things from it: Its a pageant held by Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. This flyer was designed as a visually pleasing piece to aquire the interest and curiosity of every and anyone.
