Typography is something we see 

everyday and everywhere. This book was designed based on everyday typography. Each article in the book was a article based on a certain typography style. I walked around the city of Providence observing, and taking photos of typographic styles. Some located in the most unexpected places, such as a gas valve, building sprinkler, church door etc. Since Providence is the design capital I wanted to capture its historical value. I used stencils to write the word “TYPE”on the front cover. I also painted and crumpled brown packing paper to give the book a rustic feel in order to match the environment of inspiration.
