Designed using Adobe Indesign, Ou Natural Beauty Magazine was influenced by my own natural hair journey. As going natural became more popular amongst women of color I realized, that 99.9% of us had no clue what to expect. Being on this journey showed me just how much I didn't know about taking care of natural hair. The more I learned the more I wanted to share with others. This magazine provided vital information from start to finish. From the transitional period to the every day maintenance. I used photography so our readers can identify with different hair textures and soft colors to appeal to the feminine softness of topic.
